  Coming to TFW Long Island has changed my life. From the day I started I have learned many new things from Coach Rob and Coach Amir that have made my life better. The learning and bringing these new things into my life has never stopped. I have to say this was one of the best decisions in my life. The exercises and stretching we do have made me stronger. I have done things here that I have never thought I can do from deadlifts to front squats. Not only are there the physical improvements but also the mental. Setting goals and accomplishing them feels good. The regular gym around the corner doesn't offer you what TFW Long Island offers. The caring and support in and out of the gym is second to none.
